Prof Igor Naumov
Born in 1954
Since 1999 – Chairs the history department at the Irkutsk State Technical University.
Fields of study include:
• Russia’s military history
• Siberian history
• Making higher technical education more accessible
• Creating computer tutorials on the history of Russia and Siberia.
He is the author of 50 + papers and books, including 3 monographs:
